1 / Valid identity documents

Any one of the following documents is acceptable: 

  • Original passport (preferred document - new or expired for no more than a year)

  • Red Cross travel document

  • Refugee travel document

  • Organization of American States travel document

  • U.N. laissez-passer

  • Copy of Passport Certified by a Canadian Visa Office

  • National ID card

  • Original birth certificate (only for applicants under the age of consent)

  • Driver's licence (Canadian licenses only)

  • Refugee Protection Claimant Document

  • Seaman's book

2 / Any forms or letters received from IRCC (if applicable)

  • IMM 1017 form

  • Please consult or verify directly with IRCC for any other necessary forms

3 / Medical information

  • List of your prescription medications

  • Medical reports relevant to significant medical conditions (if available)

  • Eye glasses or contact lenses

  • Please be prepared to provide a urine sample

  • If you have received COVID-19 vaccines, please bring proof

  • You are allowed to eat/drink before your exam
